Discovers costly synchromesh-problems
– before it costs a fortune

In this email, you will receive assistance in spotting signs of an impending damaged synchromesh before it develops into a costly tractor repair or a complete operational halt.

Why a Well-Functioning Synchromesh is important!

A synchromesh is a crucial part of a tractors transmission system, as its primary function is to ensure smooth gear shifting without any crunching.

A well-functioning synchromesh helps prevent wear on gears and ensures smooth power transfer from the engine to the wheels.

Change synchromesh before it´s to late

On the left (marked in red) is a worn synchromesh. You can clearly see the rounded shape, which contrasts sharply with the sharp profile of the new synchromesh on the right (marked in green).

3 signs that require extra attention:

  1. Unusual noise: If you hear strange, grinding, or crunching sounds, especially during gear shifts, it may be a sign of synchromesh problems.
  2. Difficulty shifting gears: If it becomes harder to shift gears, or you experience gear "pop-out" while the tractor is in motion, this may indicate synchromesh problems.
  3. Irregular power transfer: If you notice uneven power transfer or loss of traction, it may also be due to a failing synchromesh.
Discovering the problem early pays off

It can be crucial for you or your customer to identify synchromesh problems at an early stage. This can prevent additional expensive repairs and a complete operational halt – which in the worst case could result in a complete gearbox replacement

As an added benefit, a well-functioning synchromesh ensures smooth gear shifts and can help improve the overall performance of the tractor.
